Studio policies

All appointments are guaranteed and reserved for each client, we ask that you respect our

scheduling by keeping your appointments. Please understand that if you forget or attempt to

cancel an appointment within the 24 hour period, that isn’t enough notice and we miss the

opportunity to book another client.

Our system will allow you to cancel an appointment up to 24 hours in advanced. As a courtesy

we send email and text message confirmations within 48 hours of your appointment. If you can’t

make your appointment within the 24 hour period, please email or call to cancel to give other

clients a chance to book in your slot.

A no-show will result in a 50% charge from your total service booked. After your second no-

show you will be asked for prepayment in order to book another appointment.

If your are late to your appointment there will be a $15 late fee applied to your service. If you are

more than 15 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule so that your appointment does not

interfere with anyone else’s appointment. Please be mindful that time blocks are reserved per

client in order for us to deliver services in a timely and professional manner, no artist will be

double booked.
